HOME INSPECTION SERVICES

A standard house inspection includes:

  • Roof Inspection
  • Exterior Inspection
  • Interior Inspection
  • HVAC Inspection
  • Electrical Inspection
  • Plumbing Inspection
  • Attic Inspection

Our home inspectors are trained to follow a specific checklist and pattern to identify any problems your home might have. They also follow the InterNACHI Standards of Practice to guide them in their work. Their main priority is to find any water infiltration spots or previous water damages. They also focus on a multitude of disciplines to guarantee a service like no other.

With the help of the most technologically advanced tools, nothing will escape their eyes. After the inspection, we send you the inspection report describing each system of the house and if any repairs are needed. Whether for a pre sale or a pre purchase inspection, you can count on us to do the job.

A standard condo inspection includes:

  • Interior Inspection
  • Electrical Inspection
  • Plumbing Inspection
  • HVAC Inspection
  • Roof Appreciation
  • Exterior Appreciation
  • Garage Appreciation

A condo inspection is a bit different from a house inspection. In fact, in general your responsibility stops once you step out of your apartment. We always advise our clients to clarify this with the seller before signing any documents. Therefore, the inspection is mostly limited to the condo interior and what is accessible in it.

As for the rest, our home inspectors are trained to give an appreciation for some elements to guide the client in his new real estate purchase. They also follow the InterNACHI Standards of Practice to guide them in their work. After the inspection, you receive a written report describing each system in the condo and if any repairs are needed.

An Infrared Thermography is usually needed:

  • If you have unusually high heating costs
  • To ensure there is no roof leak
  • To inspect for heat loss
  • To confirm humidity absence
  • To ensure mold absence

Sometimes the inspection can be limited due to finished surfaces. The best way to find out if you have any energy loss is by using an infrared camera. Our inspectors are trained and certified to perform any thermal imagery survey.

This will also allow you to detect any water leaks or previous damages that the naked eye would not have seen. It is usually included in all of our inspections but this can be purchased separately for specific needs. After the survey, we send you a report containing pictures and descriptions of any defects found as well as any needed repairs.

An air quality test is usually needed:

  • To ensure there is no air contamination
  • To prevent asthma, allergies and others
  • To protect your health
  • To have a peace of mind

Considering the fact that people spend most of their time indoors, it is very important to ensure the air quality is good. The air can be contaminated with multiple substances. If you’re exposed to these substances for a long term, you can develop some health issues.

Those can vary from asthma to allergies and in some cases to even worse diseases. To protect your own health and the health of your loved ones, an air quality test is essential to have the peace of mind. We usually integrate it with our services but this can always be purchased separately.
